Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). During high-volume periods or product launches, processing may take a bit longer, we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $30. Standard U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to a select few countries outside the U.S. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs. All import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@customkeys.com . We’ll work with you to make it right.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. CustomKeys.com isn’t responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
