We ship from California, and so are our arrival estimates. Depending on where you are, domestic orders will generally take 5 to 8 business days to arrive once shipped. International deliveries can take anywhere from 8 to 30 days.

All of our keys are designed for the two most common house key types in the U.S. SC1 and KW1. Together, they fit the majority of residential and office locks across the country, so there’s a good chance one of them works for you. Not sure which key type you have? You’ll need to get your key cut before you start using it and the process is fast, inexpensive, and easy. Big box hardware stores likely won’t be able to do the job, so you’ll need to visit a local locksmith. Just search “locksmith near me” on Google and you’ll have no trouble finding one. You can feel good about supporting a small business then feel even better that it costs less than $5. Don’t be surprised when they ask where you got the most interesting key they’ve seen all week!

Our keys might be custom, but our rates are simple. Domestic shipping is $5.00 by USPS, and orders over $30 ship free. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

You bet! Orders over $30 unlock free domestic U.S. shipping. Just like your front door, it’s on the house.

We ship to select countries outside the U.S., including Canada, Australia and much of Europe. Enter your address at checkout to see if we ship to you and what it costs.
